I was pumped for a 3 miler this morning, but after taking one step out the front door I knew it wasn't happening. It is H.O.T. today!! We ended up taking the dogs for a quick walk but they were just panting and ready to go home after a couple minutes. The temp said 91 with a heat index of 105. It made me reeeeaaaaallly wish I could skip work and make today a beach day.
But, enough boring weather talk. With the lack of formal training in my life right now, I feel like I don't have that much exciting stuff to post about. So I'm going to take the route that some other bloggers have taken (like Shannon) and open up the blog for questions. So..if there' s anything you've wondered about, now's the time to ask. That way I can take the easy way out and use your questions as inspirations for blog posts and you guys get to learn all you never wanted to know about me:)

It's so warm there! I thought I was going to freeze to death when it was only 57 out this morning and I had no idea what to do - we must have traded weather!
